We accept western union ,bank t.t. and payPal payments (for small trial order via air shippng).

How soon will I receive my order?

Some of our products are customized not in stock,for the producing time,please confirm with Customer Service department.

Air shipping time:7-10 days

Ocean shipping time:15-30 days

How to choose shipping way for my order?

Total order less than 0.5 CBM (and G.W. less than 60kgs),suggest air shipping.

Total order more than 2 CBM, suggest ocean shipping (the cost is much cheaper than by air).

What's the trade terms (EXW,FOB,CIF) ?

EXW: The seller responsibilities: supply goods;The buyer responsibilities: arrange shipping carrier/agent pick up goods from seller's address.

FOB: The seller responsibilities: supply goods+send goods into local port/warehouse(including customs cleaning);The buyer responsibilities: arrange shipping carrier/agent pick up goods from seller local port/warehouse.

CIF: The seller responsibilities: supply goods+send goods into buyer port/warehouse(including pay shipping freight and insurance);The buyer responsibilities: pick up goods from buyer local port/warehouse.
